Concierge offers bag checks for guests shopping during property hours to ensure they fully enjoy themselves without having to worry about carrying belongings.

Not only is Birkdale Village a dog-friendly property, but our Concierge team provides water and dog treats to all our fur friends.

Concierge provides guests with complimentary phone charging at the Concierge booth, during operating hours.

Our team can assist with planning corporate outings or private events like birthday parties, picnics, scavenger hunts, marriage proposals and gender reveals (must be requested 72 hours in advance)! Make sure to stop by concierge on your birthday to grab a complimentary glass of wine and a birthday pin!

Our team can arrange transportation around property by using our golf cart (upon availability), transportation off property, and car detailing with our preferred car services. Our security team can also assist guests with car battery issues.

Our Concierge booth is stocked with complimentary items guests may request such as bottled water, mints, first aid and more.

Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary umbrellas and blankets for use, when available.

Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary wheelchair and stroller rental, from the Concierge booth (based on availability).

Concierge may provide guests with media passes, necessary for any professional photography on property, at the Concierge booth. Approval from property management required for larger productions.

A few things to note: Picnic services are available April-October. Picnics can only be scheduled during available dates and hours. We request that guests give at least one week’s notice for booking a picnic. You can schedule a picnic for up to two hours, and there is space for up to 10 people, depending on what you’re comfortable with. You must schedule your picnic with Concierge, contact them via email or phone above. All picnics will be held at The Green, based on availability and date. We ask that you limit the items you bring, so we can avoid interrupting other guests. Small décor items, such as balloons, may be allowed, but need to be approved by Concierge first. We will provide the table, seating pillows, decorative pillows, table décor, greeting sign, bottled water, and ice bucket. The only fee required is a donation to Hope House, a non-profit organization that provides emergency assistance to women and children experiencing homelessness. $35 for picnics of 10 or less. Donations made cannot be refunded.
