    The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Partnering with all Associates to support the Company’s customer service model, brand standards and operations is expected.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates
    • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner
    • Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
    • Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
    • 1 year of supervisory experience
    • Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Effective customer engagement skills
    • High level interpersonal and communication skills
    • Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift a minimum of 10 pounds
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)

  • Assistant Store Manager

    Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories. Do you have a passion for fashion, thrive working in a creative, fast-paced environment with great people & products and are social media savvy? The Assistant Store Manager will oversee sales objectives, supervise staff, assist with merchandising displays and store standards, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide a superior shopping experience for customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and lead the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive a high level of service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
    • Loyalty Programs: Implement and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive customer retention. Develop a client-book with repeat customers.
    • Sales: Drive sales and maximize profitability through client outreach, personal styling and successful events
    • Store Standards: Maintain store’s appearance, ensuring opening, closing and cleaning checklist are completed.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory movement and sell through consolidation, complete markdowns.
    • Content Creation: Assist with content creation for social media platforms.
    • Product knowledge: Educate team on brand knowledge, current styles and industry trends and implement in selling practices.
    • Window Displays: Conceptualize and execute eye-catching window displays that draw customers into the store.
    • In-Store Displays: Design and implement product displays, promotional areas, and themed sections, to highlight featured products.

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in a retail environment is required, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Strong background in customer service with a passion for fashion!
    • Night and weekend availability required.
